We repaired, plastered and whitewashed the exterior. We also painted the interior and clean up the beautiful soapstone countertops already in place. We installed refrigeration and a cooktop; the building is plumbed, but so we installed two commercial sinks. We also outfitted the kitchen with pots and pans, cooking utensils and serving pieces. Additionally, we added dishes, cups and flatware, as well as 10 round tables with eight chairs per table.
