Achal L

We don't know much of Aachal L's history but we do know that when she was just a year old, her mother abandoned she and her two older brothers, leaving them with their elderly grandmother, shortly after their father committed suicide.

Aachal's local pastor, knowing the dire circumstances of their family, asked Aachal's grandmother if she would be willing to allow Aachal to come to Grace House India.  Knowing that she would have a better life with us, her grandmother lovingly let her go.

In spite of her difficult upbringing, this sweet girl, with the voice of an angel, is a delightful, loving girl.  She has eagerly taken the younger girls under her wing, helping them settle in and become comfortable in their new surroundings. 

What a blessing to watch Aachal live out Psalm 98:4 and literally "Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth;
    break forth into joyous song and sing praises!"
