We are seeking an Online Teacher and Tutor who is passionate about children and their education. This position is for an English-speaking, education-focused individual. The Online Teacher and Tutor will assume responsibility for ensuring academic year completion for all enrolled children. Each Teacher's background, job experience, and mission experience will be reviewed considering the following responsibilities. In this role, the Online Teacher and Tutor may be the organization's frontline representative, working closely with The Open Door Project staff and our India-based ministry partner and staff. The Online Teacher and Tutor should be personally aligned with our mission and vision.

Program Directors

Location: India

We are seeking a Program Director(s) who is passionate about children and their education. This position is for an English-speaking, education-focused, Christian married couple. The Program Director(s) will assume responsibility, alongside our India-based Program Director(s), for the facility's administration, leading the education program, and ensuring academic completion for all enrolled children. The background, job experience, and mission experience of each Program Director(s) will be reviewed in consideration of the responsibilities listed in the link below. In this role, the Program Director(s) will often be the organization's frontline representative, working closely with The Open Door Project staff, our locally based ministry partner, foundations, and donors. The Program Director(s) should be personally aligned with our mission and vision and ensure the team members are aligned to achieve our strategic objectives successfully. This includes implementing the organization's strategic plan and overseeing all operations and deliverables.
